Just in time for Renaissance Faire season, I've designed the perfect sewing project to finish off your medieval ensembles. A twist on the classic "bycocket" hat, the Sherwood Hat features a wavy brim and two neck scarves that tie under the chin for extra security while you're riding through the forest on horseback. Feather optional.

Select the file that corresponds with the size of your printer paper. Print the PDF pattern at 100% scale and make sure the content is centered on the page. Trim the right and bottom edges of each page up to the red line, and tape the pages together (using the registration marks to align) according to the layout shown in the instructions. Cut out all the pattern pieces.
