Processing Times

I aim to process all orders within 3 business days. Please note that this doesn’t include weekends, holidays, or any unforeseen delays. For custom or made-to-order items, processing times may vary—check individual product descriptions for details.

Shipping Options

I currently offer the following shipping options:

  • Within the USA: USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Advantage
  • International Shipping: All international orders are shipped via USPS, with delivery times depending on the destination.

Each package comes with a tracking number, so you can follow its journey to your door!

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the price of the product or shipping fees.

Lost or Damaged Packages

While I do my best to ensure your order arrives safely, I’m not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. That said, if something goes wrong, don’t hesitate to reach out! I’ll do what I can to help you file a claim with USPS or find a solution.

Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, customs processing, or other unexpected factors.

Return Policy

I want you to love everything you purchase from Picnic Palace, and I'm here to make sure you're happy with your order. Here's how returns and exchanges work:

Physical Items

  • Standard Items: If you're not completely satisfied with your handmade piece, you can return or exchange it within 90 days of receiving it. Just make sure the item is in its original condition.
  • Custom Items: Because custom orders are made just for you, they can't be returned or exchanged. However, if there's an issue with your custom piece, please reach out—I’m happy to help find a solution!

Digital Products

My digital patterns and templates are a little different since there's no way to "return" them once downloaded. That said, your satisfaction is important to me! If you’re unhappy with a digital pattern for any reason—whether it wasn’t what you expected or it just didn’t work out—please don’t hesitate to contact me. I’ll do my best to make it right, and I’m happy to offer a refund if needed.
